Coaches in The Master Key Process

Lauren Brant and Ann Fraughton have been serving as consultants to both health professionals and the public in the area of mind/body/spirit connection as it relates to their book and video, The Master Key. Their process is used singularly or in group settings in places such as the Fitness Center at L.D.S. Hospital, at the University of Utah Hospital by Neurologist, Dr. Jack Petajan, by Dr. Lee Smith in his Stress Management Program at the University Wasatch Clinic, and by psychologists and counselors such as Brad Chappell at the Aspen Center for Wellness and Dr. Keith Henschen at the University of Utah.

Lauren Brant is a visual artist with advanced study in psychology and a Master's of Business Administration degree in Quantitative Analysis and Finance. Twenty-five years ago she suffered an undiagnosed life-threatening disease, a massive invasion of her body's immune system. Every lymph node swelled. Her skin yellowed as her liver began to shut down. Minor effort left her exhausted. The doctors were baffled as they fought to save her life. Helpless and isolated, Lauren unknowingly initiated her own journey back to health. Just for a few minutes at a time, she began to draw. In this quieted state, she was able to relax and concentrate fully, sketching on a drawing pad the gifts from friends or pictures from her mind. No longer functioning in the press of daily activities, her mind drew from her internal creative well. As the weeks progressed, she also began to write. Recovery had begun. For her, this art, this right brain function, was the key to regaining a healthy balance. Combining these verbal and nonverbal processes of the left and right brain, she discovered how to retrieve meaningful information. Today, she assists others in discovering their personal answers through bringing right brain function more into balance with the normal predominant use of left brain. Her Hollywood produced video, The Master Key, draws a person into a peaceful state where deep relaxation begins this revelatory process.

Ann Fraughton, an English graduate from the University of Utah, collaborated with Lauren to recreate The Master Key process in book form. Knowing that growth does not stop with a height or weight attainment, Ann sees life as a teacher and each person as their own greatest resource. Paths cross along the way to support and encourage the unfolding of self, and one can never be sure if he or she is the student, the teacher, or both.

Lauren and Ann, as a team, coach individuals and groups to tap underused resources. They lecture to public and private groups, conduct seminars, and participate on media talk shows. Their vision is one of physical and mental wholeness through awareness of the mind, body, and spirit. Using the discovery method, they stimulate both questions and answers that assist in resolving challenges that could appear overwhelming.
